Bicycle Rental

AWOL supplies bicycle hire from our Battery Park at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town. A variety of different types of bicycles to suit cyclists various needs while visiting Cape Town. Included in the bicycle rental are helmets, locks, pumps, spare inner tubes & puncture kits. Bicycle racks and pannier bags are available on request. Cape Town City cycling maps are also available for sale in English and Afrikaans.

Half-day rate is R400.

Please note that on the rate for bike rental over the Cape Town cycle tour on the 8th March 2026 week-end is R3800 for the whole week-end (or part thereof)

We are not able to offer delivery of bicycles to other locations in Cape Town. Please bring credit card as surety. Discounted rates are available for long term rentals.
