Being enthusiastic mountain bikers and hikers, we are extremely lucky to have such a wonderful icon as Table Mountain right in front of our doorstep. In Cape Town we can always go for a long hike or a quick bike ride in the morning – but what about our adventurous guests that have limited time and want to do both? When my adventurous colleague proposed that we go hiking, I was reluctant at first given that I hardly exercise. Eventually I agreed to hike up Kasteelspoort as its the easiest ascent up Table Mountain.
